How to set up a Discount Code

Setting up discount codes with Yondo is very simple. This article will show you how to add, edit and remove your discount codes.

Add a New Discount

To begin, navigate to your Yondo Dashboard and select "Discounts" under the "More" tab on the left side navigation bar.

Click the "Create a New Discount" button in the middle of the page.

Next, enter your code - This code is given to your customers to receive a discounted price during checkout. The code must be unique and only contain letters, numbers, the dash and underscore symbols. e.g "Holiday20" or "FreeSale100".

Choose a Product Type Restriction -  In the Product Type Restriction field you can choose between applying the discount to your whole store or just a single section of your Yondo content. Simply click the drop down and choose which of your Product Types you would like to restrict this discount code too.

If you would like the discount to apply to your whole store, simply leave the drop down on "All Products".

Enter a value under "Percent off" - This represent the percentage you would like to discount from your standard price. For example, enter "20" if you would like to provide a 20% off discount.

Select a date under "Redeem by date" (Optional) - You can leave it empty if the code does not expire.

Enter the number of maximum redemptions (Optional) - This is the number of times that the code can be used. You can leave it empty if the code has no limit.

After completing the setup, click the "Save" button at the bottom right corner to save your discount.
