Configure your Store and Select a Template

Click Store Settings on the left navigation bar.

There are 3 parts to the Store Settings:
1. Store Information
2. Store Content
3. Styling

1. Store Information

a. Store Name – enter your Store Name.
b. Country – use the ‘drop-down’ menu to select your desired Country.
c. Currency Code – depending on your location, use the ‘drop-down’ menu to select the desired Currency. This needs to match the currency that you have selected in your Payment Gateway.
d. Cutoff Time – use the ‘drop-down’ menu to select the amount of hours in advance that you wish to accept a session booking.

2. Store Content

The Portfolio and About sections are displayed on your store home page. If you already have your own ‘about us’ and ‘portfolio pages’ on your own website, you can leave these sections blank and they will not be displayed on your store’s home page.

a. About – The text that you enter here will appear in the body of your store above its listings.
b. Portfolio – upload your store’s images, videos or documents.
    i. Click the Edit Portfolio.
    ii. Drag & Drop or Browse files to upload.

3. Styling 

The styling options allow you to alter your store’s appearance to match your website.

a. Selected Logo - depending on the type of your logo, here you may choose its layout - regular or wide.
b. Regular or Wide Logo – browse and upload your file.
c. Banner – browse and upload your file.
d. Icon – this is a “favicon” website icon – browse and upload your file. You may find more details about how to set up your favicon, in the dedicated article.
e. Header Color – set your Online Store Header color to coordinate with your website. Use the color selector or enter in a color code.

When completed, review and click "Save Changes".


Choose Your Store Template

You may also select a pre-designed store template. 

There are 2 sets of templates to select from.

The top section is for both live and recorded videos stores. If you are providing Live Video Call Sessions only, the recorded video section will not be displayed.

The bottom section of the template pages are for Video On Demand stores only.

Do not select a Video On Demand Only template if you intend to list Live Video Call Sessions.

After you have selected your store template, click the Visit link in the top left corner to display the store page.
