How to reactivate your Weebly App account if your Card on Account declines

If for some reason the card associated with your active Weebly App account is declined, your account will be deactivated and you will need to follow these step to re-activate your account. Some of the reasons this may happen include; an expired card, insufficient funds, or other possible card errors. 

You will receive an email notification letting you know that your card was declined and that your account has been deactivated. 

From there, you will need to log in to your Weebly account and click on the Edit Site button to enter your site builder. 

In your site, click on the settings tab at the top of your editor and then click 'My Apps'.


Alternatively, you can also access the Manage Apps screen by scrolling down on the side element panel on your page, to the apps section where you will click on a blue link next to the Apps title that says 'Manage'. 

Here you will see all of the apps you have attached to your Weebly site. Find your Yondo Webinar Weebly App and click on the 'Manage' button. This will bring up your Yondo Webinar Weebly Dashboard.

On this dashboard, you will see a number of options at the top including, webinars, settings, account, and support.

Click on the Account Tab.


Here you will see the different plans that you can use to purchase the app, and above that will be a 'Change Credit Card' button. This will take you to the Card Information screen where you will need to enter your new card information.

Upon confirming your card information, your card will be charged and you will once again gain access to your Yondo Webinar Weebly App
