An availability calendar of your store’s listings is generated based on your team members' schedules. A team member's listing(s) will not be displayed until their schedule has been set.
How the Availability Schedule works:
The schedule is internationally mapped, which means that after you have set your availability, your available times will be visible to clients and shown in their time zone.
The days you do not set as available automatically default to unavailable.
After a client books with you, you (or your team member) will both receive an automated confirmation and booking reminders listing the session time, date, and a button to start your session at the scheduled booking time. In addition, you (and the client) can easily download the scheduled booking time to Outlook, iCal or Google Calendar straight from the booking confirmation email.
Step 1: Set Your Availability
To begin, navigate to your Yondo Dashboard and select "Team Members" on the left side navigation bar.
Next, click the "Actions" (three dots) button associated with the team member that you want to add/edit the schedule for and select the "Edit Schedule" button from the drop-down menu.
Set the availability - Show the times when you (or a team member) are available to perform live sessions. You can set your availability for an individual single day or as a repeating schedule.
For this, make sure that the "Availability" button on the left is selected, then click "Add", to the right.
Select either a "Single" or a "Repeat" schedule.
Set a start and end time.
Set a start and end date - The end date is only available for a repeating schedule. If your schedule is continuous and there is no end date, then check "No end date" instead.
Select the days of the week, if you choose a repeating schedule.
Save your availability.
Step 2: Set your Unavailability (Optional)
Set your unavailability to show the times when you are not available to perform live sessions. These are times that you already have booked and are conflicting with your online schedule. You can set your unavailability for an individual single day or as a repeating schedule, i.e. a daily lunch break or standing appointment.
Click the "Unavailability" button, then click "Add".
Select either a "Single" or a "Repeat" schedule.
Set a start and end time.
Set a start and end date - The end date is only available for a repeating schedule. If your schedule is continuous and there is no end date, then select "No end date" instead.
Select the days of the week, if you choose a repeat schedule.
Save your unavailability settings.
Step 3: Confirm Your Schedule
To confirm your schedule, view your calendar on the same page. Green represents the times when you are available, while red represents the times when you are unavailable.
Step 4: Edit your Schedule
To edit your schedule, click the "Edit" button on the list of available and unavailable times; or click a green or red section on the calendar.
