How does a customer access the session materials?

If the session you have booked has materials to download, from within the confirmation email under the booking information.

You can also download them by logging into your Yondo account, heading to the dashboard, and clicking "download materials" in the messages and notifications panel. If you do not see this alert, then you can access the materials from the actual listing page by clicking the document image under "Materials".

If the materials consist of documents required to be returned to the Team Member prior to the scheduled start time, you can send them as an attachment by clicking "message" from within the Team Member's profile.

Please note, you can only access session materials after you have booked the class/session.
