How does a customer cancel a Video On Demand monthly subscription

A customer can purchase a paid monthly subscription for access to your Yondo Video On Demand library. 

The customer can cancel their subscription at any time by logging into your Yondo store website and navigating to the dashboard.

The steps for the customer are:

1. Log in to your Yondo store website at https://{YourSubdomain}.yondo.com/login (replace {YourSubdomain} with your Yondo subdomain). The customer must use the email and password they used when first purchasing the subscription.
2. From the menu at the top right of the site, choose "Dashboard".
3. In the column on the left, there's a section called "Video Subscription". If there is an active subscription, a button "Cancel Subscription" is visible. (see screenshot below)
4. Click this button and confirm to cancel the subscription.
