How to Set Up Your Pre-built Store

In this article, you will learn how to set-up your new pre-built store on Yondo.

Store Settings 

Go to your Store Settings by clicking on “Settings” in the bottom left corner.

Then, select the styling tab and delete the generic pre-built store logo by clicking on the “Trashcan Icon” next to it. Depending on the size of your logo, you can add a regular logo or a wide logo, by clicking Choose File and selecting your logo. Make sure the selected logo has shaded the type of logo you have uploaded.


You can also edit your other general settings including:

  • Store Name
  • About Section
  • Country
  • Currency
  • Live 1-to-1 Settings

In order for a 1-to-1 session listing to be visible on your pre-built store, you must have availability for the appointments. We have added a default availability to your store to make these listings visible.

To change your availability you will need to go to the "My Schedule" tab under Live 1-to-1.


Here you will see a repeating availability in the middle of the screen. Click the availability listing to bring up the edit screen where you will change:

  • Start Time
  • End Time
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Repeating Days

Click “Save Changes” to save your availability.

Edit Live 1-to-1

To edit your Live 1-to-1 Sessions click on "Live 1-to-1" and select the session you would like to edit. From here you will edit your:

  • Name
  • Category
  • Thumbnail Image
  • Price
  • Duration
  • Description
  • Meeting Type
  • Prerequisites
  • Portfolio
  • Materials
  • Publish
  • Recording


Click “Save Changes” to save your work.

Unpublish any sessions you would like to remove from the store, but not from the master library by clicking on the action button (3 dots) and selecting unpublish.

Video On Demand

To edit your Video On-Demand Library, first, click "Video On Demand" on the left navigation bar.

Add your own video to each listing by clicking on the action button (3 dots) of a video you would like to replace and select “replace video”. You will be taken to the video upload page.


Here you can either drag and drop a video or use the browse function to add your video to the existing listing. Uploading may take some time for your video to upload depending on the size of the file and your internet speed.

Once your video has been uploaded you will need to edit the video information by clicking on the video you just replaced and changing its settings.

Here you will edit:

  • Title
  • Publisher
  • Description
  • Tags
  • Thumbnail
  • Preview
  • Video
  • File Attachments
  • Pricing


Unpublish any videos you would like to remove from the store, but not from the master library by clicking on the Action Button (3 dots) and selecting “Unpublish”.

Delete any unwanted videos by clicking on the video you would like to delete and selecting the Trashcan Icon in the top right corner of the edit screen.

To edit your webinars, first, click on the "Topics" tab under Webinars. Topics make it easy to create multiple webinars on the same topic so you don’t have to recreate the whole webinar every time you want to add a new webinar.   

Select the topics you would like to edit to bring up the edit information screen. Here you will change the topics:

  • Title
  • Image
  • Price
  • Duration
  • Description


Note* When you update the settings of a topic, any scheduled webinars under the same topic will also be changed.

Next, delete any unwanted topics by clicking the Trashcan Icon in the top right corner.

Click on "Webinars" to see the current published Webinars. Select the webinar and again the edit screen will appear.  Here you will edit the webinars:

  • Topic
  • Subtitle
  • Webinar Date
  • Webinar Time


Click “Save Changes” to apply your settings.

Again, delete any unwanted webinars.

Store Template

Lastly, you will set your Store Template.

Click on "Store Template" under the Settings tab to bring up the Template Menu.


Click on a template to preview it. Select the template you like the best and click "OK" to apply it to your store.
