How to record your Live 1-to-1 sessions

In this article, You will learn how to utilize the recording function of the Yondo Live 1-to-1 feature for the benefit of both you and your customers.

When creating your Live 1-to-1 Session you are given the option to enable recordings during your sessions. By clicking enable you and your client will be able to turn on and off the recordings at any time.

When in your Live Session you can turn the recording on by clicking on the Recording Icon (Target Icon) near the configuration options, in the bottom right-hand corner next to the Menu Icon.

**It is important to note that if you have turned recording on your client has the ability to turn your recordings off at their own discretion.

The recording will begin and continue as long as the red recording light is on.

When you’re ready to stop recording, simply click End Recording Icon or the Circled Square Icon, and the recording will stop.

You can also control the recording settings within the Live 1-to-1  Menu (Three Dots Icon).

Once you have finished your session, the recordings will be made available to your clients via emails including download links to the videos. 

 

Accessing Your Recordings

To access your recordings click on the “Recordings” Tab under Live 1-to-1. Screen_Shot_2020-04-30_at_10.53.46_pm.pngHere you will see all of your recordings listed with the Session, Team Member, Date and Time, Recording Duration, and File Size. Click on the Action Button (three dots) and a drop-down will appear with the following options:

Download - Download your recordings to your computer

Play  - Stream your video on your Dashboard

Share - A link you can send clients so they can view their session.

Delete - Delete your recordings
