How to cancel future charges to a subscriber and revoke access in PayPal?

There may be times where you would need to cancel your customer's subscriptions. To stop future charges to a member on a monthly subscription plan, you will need to remove the subscription on their account, inside of PayPal.To do this, please follow the steps below.

If you are using the new PayPal interface, follow these steps:

1. Log into Paypal
2. On the top menu, go to "More"
3. Then go to "reports" (it is in the drop-down under "more")
4. Under "other reports" near the bottom, click on "Recurring payments - user profiles"
5. Choose "active" from the drop-down and click the "View" button.

You should then see a list of all subscriptions from users and should see a way to cancel them from there.

If you are using the old Paypal, follow these steps:

1. Log into Paypal
2. Click on Overview in the "My Account" tab.
3. Click on "More Filters" and scroll down to "Tools" where you will find the Recurring Payments filter.
4. Under Activity, find the recurring payment profile you want to terminate. 
5. Click on Details, cancel the recurring payment, and confirm the cancellation. 

Canceling the subscription in PayPal will automatically revoke access for this member to your Yondo store.
