How will my customers use the Video Playlists

You can now build Video Playlists where you can group videos together to stream freely or sell as rentals, include in your monthly subscription, and now, one time purchases. With this tool you can create video courses, categorize your videos and create specific collections of videos to make it easier to navigate between videos.

Your customers will be able to access your Video Playlists from your Yondo online store as well as on your own site provided you have embedded the playlists there. For information on how to embed your video playlist, please refer to our article on How To Share My Video Playlists (hyperlink).

Your customers will to navigate to the Playlist menu located in the header of your store, to access your video playlists. Here, you will find all of the playlists you have published.

Your customer will click on the listing card and be directed to the Playlist's landing page. There they will see the Playlist image, the pricing options and the list of videos included in the playlist.

After Your customers have created a video account and made their purchase, the landing page will appear with the first video ready in the player, as the image below.

Note** This view will be available as long as they are logged into their account on your Yondo store. Make sure your customers log in before they try to access the Video Playlist.

Below the video player you will see the list of sections and videos included in the playlist. When the video playlist has begun the videos will play one after another through the playlist. Each time a video has been watched the icon to the left of the video listing will change to a colored check mark.

You can also access a list of the videos included in the playlist by clicking on the "List" button in the top corner of your video player.  The list will over lay on the video so you can navigate to any video in the playlist.  The videos in this view will also show check marks next to the watched videos in the list. To close this view, simply click on the close button next to the list.

If a customer decides to leave the page in the middle of a video, they will not lose their place in that video.

Upon returning to the video, the player will continue from the point they left the page, so they do not need to search through the video to find their place.
