In this article, we will discuss how you can change your card details on your Yondo dashboard
Your Card Details are by default set to the same credit card that you have subscribed to the Yondo Platform with. Only one credit card is able to be associated with your Yondo account at a time, so these payment details will apply to both your Yondo Plan Subscription Renewals and your Pre-Paid Credit.
You are able to change your payment details at any time to associate a new card with your account. This can be done in two ways.
Yondo Account Settings
To change your Payment Details via your Account settings, go to your "Account" tab under Configuration.
At the top of the page, you will see an orange button that says, Change Credit Card. Click this button.
The Change Card Pop-up will appear that will request your Name and Billing Address. Enter your information and click on the "Payment Info" button.
You will then be prompted for your Card Details. Enter your updated card details into the fields provided and click "Change your card" to save your updated card details.
Yondo Pre-Paid Credit
You can also change your card settings from the Pre-Paid Credit page.
Click on the Pre-Paid Credit Tab under your "Account" settings and click on the green "Update Card Details" button at the top of the page.
You can also click on the link in the blue notice when loading additional funds to your Pre-Paid Credit Balance.
These links will take you to the 'Accounts' page where you will click on the orange "Change Credit Card" button to show the Change Card Pop-up mentioned above.
